When bots do the work, humans have to lead differently

I had the pleasure of joining Ocado Technology Group for their annual internal UX conference.

The workshop explored what a designer's job becomes as we move from a world of syntax to a world of intent. As individual contributors we are seeing an authority inversion, where the people on the ground have the strongest grip on AI's potential. The goal: delegate the roach tasks so we can focus on strategic, high-impact UX, and don't be afraid to try ideas even outside your expertise.
